Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ngot88 platform. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
Introduction
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ngot88 platform and supersede all prior versions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ngot88 website, mobile web application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by ngot88 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to close it. ngot88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Jurisdiction Notice: ngot88 provides services to adult players in Bangladesh. It is the responsibility of each user to verify whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds .
Eligibility & Account Registration
To open an account and use the ngot88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ngot88 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under this age will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may register one account only. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent suspension without refund of any bonus-derived winnings.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information current. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
- Personal Use Only: Accounts must be used solely for personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or permitting another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including ngot88 itself. If you have previously self-excluded, contact support before attempting to re-register.
- Mental Capacity: You must be acting of your own free will and must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing wagers.
ngot88 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All deposits are processed instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ngot88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing time is typically 1 to 3 hours from the time the request is submitted, seven days a week. ngot88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, and may place a temporary hold of up to 72 hours in cases where verification is pending or where a transaction falls within our risk-monitoring thresholds.
All ngot88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All displayed balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are in BDT. ngot88 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred if a player's mobile wallet operates in a different currency.
ngot88 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We are obligated to file reports on suspicious transactions and to cooperate with any lawful investigation by competent authorities. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering will be frozen pending investigation, and all associated funds may be withheld indefinitely.
Important: Withdrawing deposited funds before completing any applicable wagering requirement attached to an active bonus will result in the cancellation of that bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Always review bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ngot88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any additional terms stated at the point of the offer:
- One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP Address: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are limited to one per person, household, shared device, or IP address.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the combined bonus and deposit amount before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting contribute at varying rates stated in the individual bonus terms. Check the relevant promotion page for full contribution schedules.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire after 14 days from the date of issue unless a different period is stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
- Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet permitted is ৳2,000. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the voiding of winnings.
- Misuse & Abuse: ngot88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines in its sole discretion that a player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
- Right to Withdraw or Modify Offers: ngot88 may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Offers are not retroactive.
Sports Betting & Game Rules
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the ngot88 system and a bet ID has been assigned. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption, or while odds are suspended do not constitute valid wagers and may be voided at our discretion. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been correctly registered before the event commences.
ngot88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and does not resume within 36 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For events rescheduled within 36 hours, bets will stand unless individual sport rules specify otherwise.
The maximum single-event payout on sports betting is ৳5,000,000 (BDT Five Million) per player per day across all sports markets. For casino games, maximum winnings per session are governed by individual game rules as set by the software provider. ngot88 reserves the right to split any payout exceeding this threshold across multiple payment transactions.
Account Suspension & Closure
ngot88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited betting strategies.
- Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated without prior contact with support.
- Persistent abusive conduct toward support staff or other users.
- Voluntary account closure request submitted by the account holder.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ngot88 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Genuine account balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding compliance review.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting ngot88 support is a serious breach of this Agreement. Any costs, fees, or administrative charges incurred by ngot88 as a result of a chargeback will be recovered from the player's account balance or pursued through lawful means.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngot88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of data or account access caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or results data.
- Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Acts of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in transaction processing.
- Losses caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
In all circumstances, ngot88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ngot88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the intellectual property of ngot88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ngot88.
Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ngot88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period of not less than 14 business days to investigate and respond.
Complaints Procedure: To raise a formal complaint, email [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
Changes to These Terms
ngot88 reserves the right to update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
